I wish the old management was still there. I hope you are feeling better Brett. I took my car to the Doylestown location for my annual inspection. Based on my previous experience, I had a great level of trust and that is what was bringing me back year after year. I know a little bit about cars so I knew what to expect going in and what I could potentially being paying. Since Covid started, I barely use my vehicle 3 to 4k miles a year. I knew I needed new tires, inspection, and oil change. Well that’s when I had the shock of my life. My car needed so many things that I knew I was being taken for a ride. I needed a serpentine belt because it had glaze on it. I just had that done last year. The gentleman checked his computer and was like it does show that you had that done, we’ll just take that off. Hmmm interesting. Air filter, not necessary to change, it was still clean. I changed it myself just to update, probably wasted 20 bucks Then under the car is where it got expensive. Apparently I have oil leaks, don’t see any oil in my driveway. All red flags. Took it to another place and got a 2nd opinion and did not prompt them on my experience and it turned out I needed new tires, oil change, and inspection. I had my tires replaced by them because they were honest. Stepping over the dollar to get them dime is bad business. Beware. Get a second opinion if you get a big work order.

The customer service professionals were knowledgeable and kind! The service was fast and the price of repairs were more competitive than the local repair shops like AutoExpress and Valvoline. Thank You Doylestown Meineke! I highly recommend them!

The price for the emissions test that my vehicle requires went from $100 last year to $160 this year. That's robbery. I'll certainly do my homework before next year.

Quick service appreciated. Pricing for mount and balance (4) was almost $100 more than Caddy down the street. I even brought my own new wheels and tires, so they didn’t have to remove any tires from old rims. If anything, labor should have been less and way more competitive.

UPDATE-
I still stand by my previous review, but unfortunately the shop is now under new ownership and they tried charging me DOUBLE for the same service they provided about a year ago.
I declined.
If you’ve been a customer of their’s in the past you should check the new pricing before going in.
They took my car in right away and gave me the options for my custom exhaust setup. Had it done on time and it looks/sounds great. Very fair price and quality work
