The glowing reviews of this place are true. I had four very large boxes and made it three steps away from my car before I heard “Hey! I can help with that!” Someone came from inside the store, took all my boxes, and told me to have a great day. I am quite sure they offer UPS and FedEx services, so look no further than Parcel Place!

I used the IdentiGo service at this location. Staff was personable and timely. I appreciate folks who value my time too! I had a noon appointment, I was 15 minutes early, and I was out the door before my appointment time!

Hands down the best customer service I ever came across. We had two car full of boxes and the team came down to the parking lot to help us unload. They also printed our labels and helped us put them on our boxes. Thank you everyone, you made our day!

I’ve used Parcel Place for a variety of things (shipping packages, fingerprinting for volunteering at a school) and every time I enter the store, everyone is kind, helpful and they make it a smooth and painless process.

The people here are fantastic. Whenever I have a return, I don't even have to step inside the store, they come running out ?
Much easier experience than UPS store, highly recommend for any shipping and mail needs. And I'll keep going because of it!

I had a Fedex package to send. I parked in front and started carrying it in the guy came out and took it from me and shipped as well. I had a label already on it. I highly recommend them. I have been in the store in the past and never had a problem with service.

If you need shipping, this is the place to go. They helped me a great deal with shipping items from a PA auction house to my home halfway across the country..
The owner, Jon, went above and beyond to make sure I had the best shipping and price available, and was always very friendly and professional.
My items were very well packaged and arrived in great condition.
If I need anything shipped from the area again, I will use them, 100%.
