Demanding that I pay a 2% fee to cash a check drawn on a PNC account. Never have and never will do business with PNC. Thieves.

Fern Coach was super helpful to me in getting Medallion guaranteed stamp on my IRA beneficiary form. She call the investment firm and the PNC branch office to clarify the complicated process. I am very pleased of Fern’s outstanding service and the PNC Doylestown branch.
I highly recommend this bank based on my experience, they have the best staff who cares about their customers. Thank You!

I had a problem with the ATM taking my card and just got off the phone with the awesome assistant branch manager there named Fern Who was very kind and sweet and helpful. She is very professional and put my mind at ease concerning my issue that it would be fixed. I also wanted to complement Yuri Who had helped me with this issue yesterday getting my car replaced and he was fantastic! It was the end of my day and I was in a bad mood and he was so funny and so nice and really brightened up the last part of my day. Great job you guys and keep up the great work! Thank you

The assistant manager just had the nerve to tell me we aren't eligible for fraud protection because the purchase was digital. This is after she lied to me claiming pnc doesn't own part of the worst way to send money digitally ZELLE.Scam, scam, scam. PNC you are awful.

I had a problem with the ATM at this branch. I did a cash deposit and Mac machine crashed Right in the middle of it. Took about 6 days for me to get my money back but Jay who works at this branch was a big help. Jay help me work through it and reach out everyday until I had my money back in my account. Thanks Jay Great job!

Horrible experience. Every time I come here, there has always been an issue. The Indian woman shouldn’t be able to work here. She is rude, judgmental, and incapable to help people. I will never bank here again and I will tell everyone I know not to come here. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly ever!!
