Fantastic gym with fantastic people. Of all the crossfit gyms that I’ve gone to over the years, the programming at this gym has gotten me the strongest and in the best shape of my life. If you want fitness results and also to enjoy a wonderful atmosphere with wonderful people, this is the place to go. Also spot on for drop ins and quick hits of great workouts when in town.

Just getting back into this CrossFit and I couldn’t be doing it at a better place. Love the atmosphere and of course the coaches including the four legged ones.

Great space and friendly people as well as coaches. I was passing through the area and was allowed to drop in for free on a busy day. Great gym and I will be sure to stop in again if I am back in the area.

Dropped in to do 18.2 while visiting my aunt in Furlong, PA. Sandy responded right away when I messaged if I could drop in. He's been so accommodating & communicative. The Yelp photos & reviews don't do Sandy Dog CF justice. It's very CLEAN, has a great owner-Coach, and is easy to find! Also, they provide workout towels for everyone! I'm glad I chose this box over the others while visiting. P.S. I own Anaheim CF West in CA (just to give myself be a lil credibility)

Thank you, SandyDog, for the welcoming and friendly atmosphere, personal accommodations, and a week full of killer workouts with individualized training and attention! Sandy, Anthony, Christian, and Phil were all fantastic, focused, and motivating coaches. I can't wait for another opportunity to workout with this fitness community again!

I've dropped into a lot of boxes, but this one is the friendliest. The workouts are tough and the members are quick to include you. They aren't there to show off, they're there to work hard. I would join this box if I lived nearby. Great community!
