Ridiculous!!!! Can't have anyone other than an account holder make a deposit. Secretaries, bookkeepers - nope... Account holders. EVEN your mortgage payment.... the homeowner has to deposit the payment w/the bank. MMMMM... but they can receive it thru the mail... confused....
Have already pulled my 3 business accounts, if interest rates weren't so high I'd pull my mortgage as well.

Mismanagement of money and lack of care and consideration... teller neglected to provide accurate assistance and caused a major financial crisis during the big holiday season..... family of 5 with a financial black eye ... pulling accounts asap! ps corporate left me on hold over 30 minutes to a blank message AVOID DOYLESTOWN BRANCH!

Rita was extremely helpful when I visited this branch. She was looking at my account and noticed my contact info might be out of date- very good attention to detail! She helped me look into a fee and did everything she could to try to waive it. She also helped me fix a hold on my account and was generally very thorough, polite and friendly. I definitely recommend this branch!

Get better drive through clerks that care and know how to do their jobs please this morning they kept messing up my drive through withdrawals and then when i mentioned I had somewhere to go she was rude
