Our instructors have a depth of teaching knowledge and experience….from our Ashtanga Vinyasa classes to Yin Yoga, we aim to serve each student in their individual yoga journey, and create support through our strong community atmosphere. We offer classes to students of all ages and fitness levels. At Sun Dog Yoga we like to balance the work of learning with humor and lightness...we believe that yoga should be a joyful and healing experience. We offer specialized workshops including monthly Sound Healing and individual Bodywork Therapy sessions.
