I normally shop at a Talbot's closer to me, but they were out of a size I needed. I'm very grateful that Allie at English Village gave Denise a call at the Doylestown location.
I was greeted so friendly when I walked in, and Denise had already put aside the item I was looking for. She even kindly steamed and wrapped it for me, since I'm going away.
I'm afraid to share this, though I have to be honest with you. English Village and King of Prussia have both reduced the size of their stores, which means their petite section is very limited. I was shocked (and very grateful) at how large the petite section is in this store in Doylestown.
Thank you for making my day!

My husband and I earlier this week went shopping at Tabots in Doylestown. I was looking for something for a quinceanera and had seen a few items online and was interested in seeing what they looked like in person. When we entered, no one greeted us. Throughout the entire shopping experience, no one came to inquire whether we needed assistance nor did any one offered to look for anything for us. We asked two questions. Both were answered with one syllable and the associate never bothered to look at us directly but proceeded to carry on with whatever task she was engaged. Each time the response felt as though we were imposing and bothering the associate with some silly stupid question. I felt invisible not valued as a customer much less as a human being. It is the most sickening shopping experience I have encountered to date. But the part that hurt the most was the sign on the door indicating that Talbots values diversity equity and inclusion. I will NEVER shop at this location ever in the future.

My son went into this Talbot's today to get a head start on Christmas shopping. He's 19 years old and on the spectrum. He was looking at clothes when a woman approached him and told him there was nothing there for him and he should leave. My son who has autism called me rather upset with how rude the women was with him. I live two blocks away so I went in to talk to the sales associate. She said another man was looking for men's clothes earlier. I said what does that have to do with my son and how rude you were to him? She said I ask him... I cut her off and said you asked him nothing. You asked him to leave when he was shopping. I'll never step back into this shop again. No excuse to be rude, judgemental and dismissive to a kid shopping.

On June 29, 2024, I made an in store style session with an Associate named Denise at the Talbots in Doylestown. My appointment was for an hour starting at 1 :15 on July 6, 2024. On July 6, I arrived 15 minutes early, and told the associate there I had an appointment with Denise. I told her I was early and would shop around until 1:15. At 1:15 I asked if Denise was there and was told that she would be in at 2:15. I informed the associate I had an appointment with her at 1:15 and she told me that her schedule was changed. I told her I was never informed of any change. She then asked if she could help me, and then asked her co-worker if she could help me. She agreed but I could tell I was inconveniencing her as she was already busy. She looked like she really didn't have a choice. Very unprofessional way to run a business. I should have been informed in advance that Denise's schedule had changed. I was never properly given the time and attention that should have been given to a person that requested an in store, one on one style session. Will never go back there again. I would rate this a ZERO stars but I had to give it at least one star in order to post this review.

Normally i never leave a bad review, and normally i like the store with warm welcome whenever i walk in. That day was my Mom birthday 5/30 so we decided to went to the store at 5:30 pm and let my Mom pick what she wants! Don’t know if we’re Asian a speak in our language, the lady look at us annoying, she didn’t even greeting us, i’m the one said hello how are you? And she flat out said: oh if you want size petite there are upstair and someone upstair will help you, there is nothing down here with her size. I got uncomfortable, but didn’t say anything, she keeps looking at us and me with my son, annoying, so we went upstair and i don’t feel great at all, so i decided to went downstair, still with the lady annoying looking at us, like she having a miserable life, and she said: are you finding anything particularly? I said no just browsing thank you, and she keeps looking at us like a hawk, i looked back at her really angry, i almost say something, but i didn’t. First of all why said flat out and think we’re looking for clothing for us, what if we’re trying to find some clothes to someone else, and isn’t it body shaming?Talbots in Doylestown if whoever in charge reading this, please correct your employees, otherwise if i ever walked in again with the same lady with her attitude like that i will talk directly to the manager or someone in charge. The old Lady whoever i didn’t get the name with the attitude miserably , you lost your commission that day and lost my respect

Carol provided an excellent customer service experience. She was very nice and polite. I used to go to the North Wales location, and they are a little rude.I will never come back there. My favorite store now is located in Talbots 100 South Main Street, Doylestown.

Will never go back to this store. A few days ago I took my 87 year old mother on a much anticipated shopping trip to Talbot's in Doylestown for some spring clothes. We spent almost two hours there and purchased nothing. She liked and tried on many items but she needed to try on different sizes they didn't have anything in stock at the store. They offered to order it online but my mother does not like online shopping and prefers to try things on. The salesperson, Carol was very helpful but after several frustrating hours wasted, and we left empty handed. Apparently, this store does not get a large allocation of stock, or it is not managed properly.

BEWARE CONSUMERS AND CONTRACTORS! This store called me on Feb. 24, 2014 for an emergency electrical problem. As requested, I repaired the problem after hours and they are100% satisfied. I followed their procedures. Unfortunately, it's been 14 months and I have still not been paid. Gabrielle Liberature and Omni-Care agreed to the work before we started the work and she signed off upon completion. I have called, emailed and faxed for over a year with no success. It's a shame the blue collar contractor gets stuck by Talbots
