I saw online they had a product I needed urgently and made the mistake of thinking I could just pick it at the same price but that is wrong. They are gouging you and charging double on products. Hope they go out of business soon!

I visit this target very often and I’ve never experienced issues up until my visit today
The customer service was atrocious. I was almost hit by a cart that an employee was pushing down the aisle in-front of me, I wouldn’t have been upset if the employee simply apologized, but instead, he blatantly ignored me and kept walking. I was so disturbed. Not only this but I was rudely ignored by many employees when I got my usual drink from Starbucks, it took them about 10 minutes just to receive my order and I was waiting for an additional 10 when there were no other orders being made except for my friends which came out before mine.

Terrible operation, simply terrible. I've been in many Target stores, many times, and this one in Doylestown is bottom of the barrel. Zero stars.

I had such a wonderful experience at Target thanks to a young lady named Seline who was working at Guest Services. I was making a return on an item that happened to be on sale, and I planned to repurchase it right after. Seline was so knowledgeable and kind. She explained that my original payment was split between cash and a gift card, and she made the whole process easy to understand.
I also mentioned that I can’t stand the scratchy residue from the security stickers and that I get nervous around the scanning gun. She was incredibly patient and respectful about it, making sure to only scan when I stepped away. When it came time to handle the gift card, she was so thoughtful and offered to take care of the scratch-off part herself on the other side of the counter to make things easier for me during the repurchase.
After the return, I came back with a few more questions and asked about another item I couldn’t find. Seline didn’t just point me in the right direction; she personally walked me over and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for.
It’s rare these days to meet someone who goes above and beyond with such genuine kindness and patience. Seline truly made my visit a pleasant one, and I left feeling very appreciated as a customer. Target is lucky to have her!

I went to this Target today and over half of the frozen and refrigerated foods were sold out. I haven't seen anything like it since the pandemic. It's unclear whether there are stocking issues or something else going on but when I go to this target I know I'll need to make another stop to get everything. It's hardly worth going to.

The high end cosmetic section is truly a bio hazard. Every sample is smudged and mix up with other products. There is fingerprints and goo covering everything. Many products have packaging that's covered in dust and have been there so long the edges of the boxes have been discolored.

I went into target in Doylestown. I was looking to buy my grandson some clothes for his birthday. They had 2 shelves , size 10-12. I am so disgusted going to stores and they don’t carry what I’m looking for. Good old Amazon saves the day. 🤷♀️.

I went into target to get my grandson some clothes for his birthday. All they had was 2 shelves in his size. So disappointing. People wonder why you order off of Amazon.

I came in one morning and thought I would be treated well since most mornings I have a starbucks worker who is very sweet and helpful. The worker I dealt with was named Zoe. She took about 10 minutes in the back before she came back out to help the customers waiting in line. I was in a rush and she did not care. She gave me an attitude and was the slowest worker I’ve ever seen in all my years. She also made my drink wrong when I specifically told her how to. She had no patience and no customer service. Target is known for their outstanding customer service and Zoe has none of that. She was terrible at her job and I could tell she did not want to be there this morning. I’m a morning person and expected better from Target Starbucks and will not return until they fix this. I don’t blame any other workers at Starbucks, only her. She needs to fix her attitude and how she treats people.
