4 out of 7 of the last times I've been at this particular branch, there's some issue. Being a customer for at least 10 years, only branch that I've ever been at were I've been given atitude. I will never set foot in the Doylestown branch again

My bank card keeps getting hacked
And now my credit card ,which I have a TD credit card has been hacked. I wouldn't call that legendary service.

I’ve used this bank for over ten years solely because I’m too lazy to go through the process of opening an account somewhere else. I would liken the experience to going to the proctologist a few times a week. There is absolutely no sense of urgency to the service provided and often have to visit when I can schedule the 20 to 25 minutes it takes to deposit a check. Shout out to Tom at the Doylestown branch who seems to be constantly working from an apologetic standpoint. It’s a bank and it’s close to my house. ‘Nuff. Said.4

You should not have the branch open on Sundays if you cannot provide a required level of service and it takes hours to handle two customers

I had the worst service ever just walking into this specific bank. Waited in line for a worker to help me out. Not one person greeted me with kindness. I had the older lady Lily and i said i would like to deposit a check. She said you have to fill out the form. I told her I never remember the number if she can help me out with it. She started to yell in my face multiple times telling me I have to do it because it is MY job!! she kept going on yelling at me multiple more times. Super rude lady never received such rude service.

very upset with the bank's service today in this location; I needed help and the bank manager and employees were not capable enough to reach out to me; so I left the bank. so I went to the bank in the nearest bank in the area..., so yes they solved my problem in less than 5 min. not to mention that none of the bank employees did not speak other languages, such as Spanish, Italian, Portuguese; the bank needs to be more effective for all customers.They took way too long to assist you and the service is very slow; so as not to have time to serve all the customers of the day!

Horrible customer service. Sat in the bank for an hour. They took all the people walking in before those waiting for services, even pulling the people from the back to handle people coming in for teller services. They messed up my account interest rate because they forced me to apply on line even though I was sitting in front of them. Time for a new bank. America's Most Convenient Bank is a joke.

Been my bank for over 20yrs. Had credit fraud on my account which they caught immediately. Funds were returned to my account.

Only $50 increments used to be $20 this bank is not good anymore We got charged to $35 late fee because they did not send our payment out for a week. Why? Hate this bank anymore. Only getting worse today is a nightmare
