For a very long time, like 20 years, I thought very highly of the Thompson Toyota mechanics/technicians. However, and only over the past couple of years, I feel that the service team has become quite sloppy. I have had multiple annoyingly poor experiences that I will not relate here. I'm now beginning to look for an independent mechanic.
