Brought my 13 gs350 while visiting family for an oil change. Advisor asked if I wanted a complimentary multi point inspection, I politely declined and asked them to remove a CEL due to an exhaust leak so I could use my cruise control on the way back to Florida. He wanted to charge me $179. It literally would take 2 minutes to hook the scanner up and clear it while the inspection would have taken much longer than that. Poor customer service. Edit* this is the only Lexus dealer that does not report services to carfax.
