I have been seeing Tom for years at this practice. Office has been great in every aspect. Always get you in very quickly for sick visits! 100% would recommend.

I currently am and have been a patient of this practice for many years and I can honestly say I’ve lost all trust in this practice. They used to have a very well regarded staff and my experience was always pleasant. I always received follow up on test results or questions/concerns within a reasonable amount of time but that is no longer a priority with this group. Test results are delivered to the portal with no explanation of what they mean and it often takes weeks of follow up calls to get the results. I wonder if I would even receive my results if I didn’t advocate for myself. Front office staff is often unprofessional and rude (other than Margaret who is awesome and works her tail off). I used to trust and rely on these doctors but after a couple of experiences with some of the nurse practitioners and just bad business practices, I have had it. I’ve voiced my concerns to my doctor but if the office manager would like to contact me I’d be more than happy to discuss (unfortunately none of that information is found on the website so I’ve resorted to a review) I am an actual patient and I can attest that this practice is no longer what it used to be.

Great medical staff and well run office. Very responsive. I have been seeing Dr. Sander for almost 20 years. One of the best practices in the area.

I see Dr. Shtern, she is amazing. I never feel rushed, she is very detail-oriented. Has been one of the best doctors I have been to. Additionally, the office staff has been the best I have had to deal with. I have had some great doctors in the past but their office staff were horrible, billing wrong, getting appointments wrong. Here it has been different. This staff is on top of things, never had a billing issue going into my 2nd year with them. Awesome place, I highly recommend.

Horrible experience talking to the reception guy. Had no manners or etiquette to reply and walk through the process of registering a new patient. This is the reason, am not even interested anymore in getting registered here as a new patient.

Alright, I'll review. My NP, Mary Ellen, is excellent. Couldn't ask for better. Suits me perfectly. I saw the other NP, Tom, once and he is a joke. A few of the nurses are a joke. Can't pronounce creatinine and other medical words. Isn't there a pharmacology class in nursing school? One nurse took my blood pressure incorrectly. For her reference, the tube/line goes along the brachial artery, not my tricep. If you don't know where that is, go back to nursing school.

Never makes you feel as if you are a priority. Front desk actually complained that we were causing her a lot of extra work for us. Saw my primary once in the 3 years I’ve been at practice. Will be transferring out this week.

I couldn't ask for more understanding, knowledgeable and caring professional.Tom was recommended by pharmacist, and is genuinely involved in giving the best care to me and my husband.Everyone that I've interacted with has been kind and patient.Margaret at front desk is a gem, went above and beyond to help me with an issue that was my error.

Outstanding doctors and office staff! I have been a patient at several practices and this group of medical professionals is the best by far. They respond to questions and calls right away. I am grateful for the care.

I've been a patient here for over 8 years, the primary care doctors at this location are great. The problem is the front reception staff...completely uncaring, rude, condescending, and complaining. If you need assistance, you get greeted with an exhausting response like you're the biggest pain in the rear. I dread calling with any questions or concerns. It's a shame I've considered changing PCP's due to the level of service..who needs it. Completely replace the front staff and check out person and you got a 5-star location.

Called over a month ago to get a Shingles vaccine, was given an apt date. Showed up for my shot yesterday and the nurse calls me as I wait in my car to tell me "I can't give you a shot, I have a 4 page waiting list" (like somehow I have done something wrong?! I stated that their office scheduled me for the shot with no mention of a wait, and no call or follow up to say I could not come in. No apology, treated as if somehow I did something wrong by showing up for my apt that they scheduled. Done with this practice, seems as though one doesn't know what the other is doing!
