Been a member of TFCU for 17 plus years now. I have my mortgage with them, had auto loans, etc. The folks in the Doylestown branch are very helpful and patient. They offer a full suite of banking services. If you're tired of your current bank, look into this credit union.

The Doylestown branch helped me close on my HELOC today and I must say it was the cleanest process from start to finish. Even opening a deposit account was smoother than any other institution I have been involved with in my life. Thank you!

The staff are helpful, mannerly and polite, reflecting an atmosphere of comforting knowledge. They did not try to rush you out the door. The result is referrals from my husband and I. We have our own business ( self employed since 1979 ). Referrals are the highest compliment.

I've been a member for years. I usually interact with Karen and couldn't say enough to praise her. Professional friendly and always willing to help with anything I might need. I've interacted with others as well and everyone was very helpful. Sometimes you get a new person but their trainer is there to help the interaction go smoothly. I highly recommend this institution.

I've been a member for years. I usually interact with Karen and couldn't say enough to praise her. Professional friendly and always willing to help with anything I might need. I've been banking with these guys since they where Philadelphia Telco credit Union. I will start with some of the positives. The staff there is always friendly and nice, the automated bill payer service and PC/mobile banking is outstanding. I'd of given additional stars, but for two concerns. The drive up ATM machine really needs to be replaced. To me and my family members it only works right 70% of the time. Also, I know I'm being picky here but the coin counter is out of order too... All in all if they would change the ATM I'd give at least 4 stars.

They are a solid Credit Union. I've had no issue as of yet. The staff seemed friendly enough. They offer great security and decent services without a boatload of annoying fees. Plus they have free coffee. Score.Their app however has been nothing but a pain in the rear.

I entered the comfortable and inviting facility in Doylestown and was warmly greeted by the staff. I ended up dealing with Shane Golden , a person who clearly exceeded my high expectations. Superior customer service is rare these days. If you need it, while simultaneously receiving a competitive loan rate , I suggest you give this awesome team a chance !

I have been so impressed with Trumark since changing over from a large bank (BOA). I constantly had fraud on my old account - at least once a year - making me have to get all new cards and numbers. Very inconvenient. Hasn't happened once with Trumark. I can do all kinds of transactions and see what's happening with my account either online or through their handy app (fingerprint access). The best service I've encountered is their online chat. I've applied for a home equity line of credit and gotten mini-statements in just a few minutes by chatting with a customer service rep. When I had some issues with a name change and checks being issued under the old name, it only took a few minutes to send over documentation and I haven't had a single issue since. I was worried when changing over from a bank to a CU and all I can say is I'm SO happy I did.

We where disrespected after applying for a home equity loan at this financial institution. Long story short they informed us that we had to reapply because we went beyond the 30 day mark from original loan application which is a lie. I have the paperwork to prove this and they don’t care. I see that once you seem not interested they automatically close everything out. And there branch people don’t even handle the loans personally there just a go between. There is no real one on one with the customer. Be aware of this credit union they act just like another town bank with NO advantages

Stopped in to do some business and was really pleased with the experience. Karen was very professional and I found her quite pleasant to work with despite the negative review another user left. She clued me in to some cost savings that I was not aware of and was patient with my myriad of questions. Both she and her colleague were so kind to take special care of my little boy who was suffering from the remains of a summer cold. He licked every last bit of that cherry lolly! Thank you, ladies! :)
