The folks at Doylestown Hideaway Storage (U-Haul rental) have been outstanding. I have twice rented a moving trailer from them and my experience both times has been an absolute breeze! Customer service with a smile and very accommodating. BRAVO!!! ??

Great uhaul location. Lots of trucks, great customer service. Much better than going to other locations where the rental trucks are a side business (ie gas stations, etc)

Michelle was absolutely Epic the best U-Haul that I've ever been into in my life she picked up the phone immediately I do not like to deal with corporate ever it's a total waste of time they have no idea about the locations that you really need it's a bait and switch I highly recommend this place to anybody it's the only place that I will go to for the rest of my life I needed some special equipment for Towing it was brand new completely explain how to use it thank you very much Michelle

Prompt, friendly service. The place and the equipment were spotless, all employees were wearing masks. I was in and out with a trailer in less than 10 minutes. They even offered a couple of moving blankets to use with no charge. Check in was easier, drop the equipment and go. Too bad all U-Haul locations don't offer this level of service.
