UPS Store is the best with great employees! I had a Huge cabinet to return to Amazon & William helped get it from my car to inside the store & bolstered up my packaging. He was a great help. Nisa was also a big help because another one of my returns wouldn't fit back in the original packaging & Nisa got it to fit.
Both William & Nisa were professional, knowledgeable, polite & helpful- they are a great representative for UPS & any business.
I wish our online shopping with Amazon allowed us to use UPS More (as a Free option) because its never a problem using UPS for drop off returns. - K.H.

This UPS Store is amazing! The owner and employees are incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Every time I go in, they make everything simple and stress-free.
