Go to any other Verizon store. The employees open and close the store whenever they want to. I’ve tried to go here on multiple occasions within the listed hours, and they’re closed every time. Unreliable and unhelpful, this store should just be shut down.

Our sales rep was Edgar, we had no plans to get new phones, but things change and Edgar was very helpful knowledgeable and made the transition very easy. We are glad to have our new phones, we are glad that we had Edgar help us with it.
