Visited
TCC Verizon store in Doylestown for a new advanced I-Phone. Johnny was my rep who was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and above all, completely solved my problems. Johnny is “the man”. Verizon customer, near Doylestown, go to TCC and ask for Johnny!

We went back to the store today to work on two more phones and Dianna was there to help us. She is so pleasure to work with, answered all our questions and was very mindful of our time. She made sure to check our bill also to make sure we were getting the best deals. I would HIGHLY recommend this Verizon store!
We had a wonderful experience with Johnny at the Doylestown Verizon store. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all we asked. Definitely the best Verizon store and can’t recommend him and the store enough.

I had an excellent experience with Nick at Doylestown office of Verizon. He was able to solve my problem after I wasted hours on line He was very helpful ,polite young man and treated me well I was very impressed He was very knowledgeable and you should. Implement him in his HR file.

Wanted a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. Discovered Samsung eliminated SD cards. Vendor tried to convince me that SD cards are useless. Asked about the SONY Xperia. Negative comments. Asked if there was a T-Mobile store nearby. Vendor said he did not know. !THERE WAS A T-MOBILE store! in the same shopping center! Felt pressured with misinformation. Do due diligence before shopping! They had no phones with SD cards.

I came in to upgrade my phone, Domenic immediately helped me at the door. He was incredibly knowledgeable making the whole process a breeze! He patiently answered all of my questions, and helped me transfer all of my data. Top notch customer service - highly recommend!!
