My mother has been at Wesley for over 16 years....first in her independent apartment and more recently in Skilled Nursing. The facility and staff have always been outstanding and shown her great care. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend WEL Doylestown to anyone.

I work for Seniors Helping Seniors and am a companion for the seniors. He was on the 5th floor which was a long walk from the elevator but it was good exercise. Anyway the facility is always clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. He enjoys the good food they serve since he doesn't cook. His care came to the point where he needs assisted living so i just get to visit him for now. I am hoping in the future i will have another assignment at Wesley since i enjoyed my time there and was very impressed at how the facility is run from the receptionist right thru to all the other friendly staff.

I had an interview with this company and the person who interviewed me was horrible. Very disinterested and didn't know much about the company. Disappointing because it was with a senior level staff member

my relative has lived here for 5 months. in those 5 months i visited every week. room was filthy, staff unresponsive, medication and meals not available with many doses and meals missed. Bedding was soiled. . CNAs were screaming and fighting with each other in hallway. Last week I received a call from the hospital that she passed away, yet not one person from the nursing home even bothered to call to tell me she was transferred and admitted.

I was there on Monday, September 26, 2022 at 11:00 AM to bring my friend out to lunch. She had not yet been dressed by the staff. The week prior when I visited my friend said that she had not been given a shower in eight days straight. The day I was there they did not even deliver her breakfast. She is in her 90s. She says that the staff is not available because the facility is chronically under staffed. In response to your post, I recommend the following: “In Search of Excellence”, published in 1982 recommends managing by wandering around. Do not insult my Integrity. Kindly speak with your staff.

Great Senior community for anyone's parents. Lots of socialization, entertainment, outings, creative "giving back" projects for the community, family atmosphere and incredible, dedicated, loving and caring employees who are there for all the right reasons. Senior Living doesn't get any better than Wesley!

After two visits and the excellent service we received from Sharon Margulies, we were so impressed with what we saw and most importantly with the people that we submitted our application today and look forward to signing a contract in December. Sharon has been so helpful in answering all the questions we had from all our family members. If you are looking for a place, please check them out. They have open houses that make a great first visit that you follow up with another more personal one if needed.

The sales woman at this place is extremely rude and pushy. My mother won't be considering moving here because we don't want her in a place that has someone so rude as their first impression. She'll go somewhere else where the sales person is not annoyed by answering questions.

My parents, Joan and Bill, moved into Wesley Enhanced Living-independent living, in March of 2021 and they LOVE it!! This is an OUTSTANDING community for your senior loved ones!! The staff and residents are super friendly and very supportive! I can honestly say they are thriving like never before in their lives!! They have many new friends. They are on the Bocce Team. They attend entertainment nights. They have lunch, brunch and dinner with friends. They are truly enjoying life every day!! They smile and tell us stories every day about their Wesley World!! Their apartment is beautiful! The food is great! The facility is completely updated and looks gorgeous! They are safe as Wesley has made this a very high priority in this challenging time. This move has been a true blessing to my parents and our family!! We are so grateful they are their and he couldn’t give a higher recommendation!!!!

It seems like a very comfortable place for independent living with updated facilities. There seems to be variety of food choices, some activities have returned. The grounds are well kept and so far our relative is very content with the services. The lack of communication and changes with personnel seems to be of some concern. Under the past years restrictions this facility seems to be doing the right measures.

WEL handled the pandemic efficiently and effectively. We felt our family member was well cared for and loved.

My mom is a resident at Wesley Enhanced Living in Doylestown. During this very difficult time dealing with COVID-19, they have really prioritized the safety of their residents and staff. Along with making sure they are safe , their mental and emotional health was also important. The staff provided residents with crafts and resources to help them through being quarantined. My mom constantly raved about the delicious meals provided. Most importantly, she felt safe. That provided me great comfort. I applaud all Wesley Enhanced Living has done and continues to do to provide for their residents.

Managment is a complete mess. I pray for the residents living in this establishment. I have relatives that work here and miss eileen is an embarrassment to the company. Completely unprofessional. Does not give any heads up at all for a shift change. Scheduling people for weeks with no days off and scheduling people to work 13 hour shifts with no overtime given after 8 hours. This woman has PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED staff members and was not reprimanded even slightly. Not even a slap on the wrist. This woman should be fired and arrested for laying her hands on an employee NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCES.
