Called the pharmacy on cold spring creamery and assuming the person that answered in the pharmacy department was the pharmacist turned out to be so rude and nasty! Then my husband stopped in regarding my prescription and he couldn't wait to leave because she was so incredibly nasty and rude! We will never step foot in this rite aid again! If she's that miserable doing her job, time to look for something else where she doesn't have to interact with people. I ended up going to CVS and they are lovely, professional, so helpful and most of all NICE!

Got to Rite Aid on Cold Spring Creamery Road. It was extremely busy. Waited in line for about 15 minutes, they only had one person on the register. I then moved to the back register. Waited in line for another 10 minutes. When I got to the counter the pharmacist very rudely told me she could not check my order out unless I was picking up a prescription. Not only was she rude but she's definitely not customer focused. I'm not sure I'll go back.

I've always been very happy with this Rite Aid. Everyone in the store is helpful and very friendly. I'm very sad because I had to switch pharmacies because of insurance to CVS and I'm very dissatisfied and wish I could go back to Rite Aid.
