Came into order some sugar-free chocolates. the woman behind the counter.Said she can help me. And I went over to where the chocolates were. And some guy after me, that she knew, came in and said he wanted balloons, so she started Blowing up balloons, and ignored me so I walked out. You don't have to pit up with bad customer service

This pharmacy is fantastic. The healthcare system is quite difficult to navigate, yet they do a lot of the legwork for you and are always willing to assist! They discover the lowest method for receiving your medicines, deal with phoning your doctor for refills, and ensure you're taken care of in an emergency if they can't reach your doctor immediately. I'm typically anxious when I phone places and attempt to explain what's happening, but I'm never nervous when calling Whitman Pharmacy. They are really patient and always find a solution. They genuinely are a community asset.

We've been using Whitman pharmacy for my family of 5 for years now. I recently had to use a different pharmacy to get my son antibiotics since Whitman closed at 6pm. My interaction with the other pharmacy clearly isn't up to the level of care or service that I get with Whitman.

AFTER A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH CVS Doylestown, I went to my local WITMANS PHARMACY which is where I should have gone in 1st place.. so much for Rushing..Greeted with a smile, asked me how they could help me..issued my script.. in 5 minutes.. and asked if I needed anything else..Family owned business vs Corporate run... the difference was obvious.

This privately owned pharmacy is superb. The staff is delightful and highly professional. Far superior to the large chain drug stores.

Always helpful and friendly service. The pharmacy is so prompt in filling prescriptions and will happily special order anything you need. Their prices are very reasonable. Great place to buy cards, gifts and stocking stuffers. The candy counter is the best! They do a great job of bagging or boxing up Asher’s candy. I highly recommend this independent pharmacy.

They can be a bit unorganized and unprofessional sometimes. But it’s a cute privately owned pharmacy with a candy store. One of my medications has been experiencing a national shortage but they’ve somehow managed to keep me stocked. And they’ve been there since this little strip mall was built. Support them over the big chains if you can.

I don't recall if I have written a review before but to play it safe I am sending another.This pharmacy is fantastic. I have never gone to a local pharmacy, always the big named ones but after many years of being unhappy with the staff and cleanliness of the stores I decided to switch.Whiman's Pharmacy is fantastic. They speak the moment you enter the store and they remember your name each time you visit. How refreshing. While customer service, in general, has gone downhill in recent years across all businesses, it is nice to see that they provide it. I cannot say enough good things about them and their staff.

I have been going to Whitman pharmacy for years and have always had great experiences. I was worried when the owner Jerry retired; however, Maulik, the newest owner, exceeded my expectations. He is compassionate and makes an effort to know you. He has even modernized the system making it more convenient to receive texts and use different forms of payment. They have set the bar high, and there's no going elsewhere! Thank you, Maulik and to the wonderful staff for never letting me down!

This is an excellent local pharmacy! Great customer care and service. Glad to support a local business. Highly recommend. New to the area and just found this pharmacy. Its a gem! And it has a candy counter! Maulik is the new owner and pharmacist and excellent at helping us get our necessary vaccines.
