This CVS had decent selection of products, pretty typical. I usually go to Rite Aid because I live near them but came to this CVS since its near my grandmother. Upon checking out The cashier asked if I had a cvs card phone number. I said no, I usually go to rite aid I dont live near here. I bought nicotine gum and he asked for my ID. The cashier then looked at my license and looked at my address and commented how I do not live that far. As a woman shopping by herself I found this really creepy. There is no need for someone to examine my address on my license and comment that its not that far, implying he knows where I live. This is really creepy and not appropriate in my eyes. Some may think this is no big deal but as a young woman I found this inappropriate and quite creepy, he was also very condescending. Will be calling management to report this as well. If you are a woman shopping/ live alone be aware of this creepo.

My husband had a Covid 19 vaccine test on February 19,2021, he was told that he should have the results via My Chart with CVS in a few days. He kept checking the website under his chart and it keeps stating there are no test. There is no where that he can find on the chart to send an email, the chart states test come back in a few days but there maybe some delays. But two weeks is unreal and you cannot get anyone on the phone or email them. The answer service gave a number to text to for info on the test and he did but we have no reply from that to date.We should have known better because we have problems picking up prescriptions with the Willow Grove CVS on Fitzwatertown Road. When picking up prescriptions you wait in line before they even ask if you need help and the line continues to build before they address anyone in the line. They seem to have way two many customers for their staff to give good customer service to. Also staff can stand to be more customer focused. Beware......

Nice big store. No long lines and lots of selection. I had to pick up a card and had lots to choose from. Parking is plentiful and cashier was friendly. They also have anice restroom accessible to customers. No trouble recommending this location.

Today I ran in at approximately 8:30 am and encountered many issues at check out. First, the employee there was on the store phone. That's fine, I understand, but not once did she acknowledge my presence. No "I'll be with you in a minute," and once she got off the phone there was no greeting. My credit card didn't work in the chip reader- strange because I use this card numerous times a day and I used it at THIS CVS two days ago. I was treated like an inconvenience, and the clerk tried to insert my card about 100 times. Strange approach since I could tell from about the 3rd attempt it wasn't working. Next, she called the manager up who tried to process my card another 5+ times, which still did not work. She asked if I had another card, which was a strange question; if i had one, wouldn't I have already offered it? Meanwhile, the clerk (non-manager) starts to take customers from the back of the line at a different register. I was at a loss as to why I wasn't just taken to another register with a working chip reader after around credit card attempt 10, since I was the first in line? Strange logic, and quite frankly rude. To put it all in perspective, I was buying two items and my total was about $8, so really who was inconvenienced here?

I go to this CVS location frequently, and they always have everything I need. The staff are friendly and prompt to give help when needed.
