Max and his wonderful staff took care of my case and I cannot even begin to express how grateful I am. I live in Hawaii, and their office is in Pennsylvania, so I was a little skeptical at first. It doesn’t matter what state you live in, this law firm will take care of you from start to finish and I am beyond happy with the outcome. Muller & Brazil was amazing from start to finish. During a tough time where I didn’t know what to do and needed guidance, the team at Muller Brazil answered all of my questions and guided me every step of the way. Communication in this type of situation is so very important and they never fell short. Every member of the team and I had some sort of communication at some point in the duration of my case. I received a flu vaccine which resulted in SIRVA and consequently surgery. This was in 2019, pre-COVID, and hardly anyone had a clue what SIRVA was. While a few legal firms were handling SIRVA cases, when I reached out to MyVaccineLawyer I felt a connection with my first call. Bridget McCullough handled my case and never failed to keep me updated. It was a pleasure to work with her as I never felt ignored even though my case took 4 years to settle. Max and his team provided me with help settling my SIRVA case. They are encouraging, realistic and empathetic. This is a slow and bureaucratic process. Each person at the firm helped me navigate the process and come to a place where I put the trauma of the injury in the rearview, even if the pain will remain to some extent. It gets better. Money doesn’t make it go away but it does bring closure and Muller Brazile helped.

Been going on since 2018. This process is SLOW. It’s going slower than my social security case did. I’ve changed hands a few times in who I’m to contact through them and know I’m slipping through the cracks. This case here remains open until the end of the year. I’m actively searching for other attorneys. Don’t expect anything to happen in under 4 years regardless of what other reviews are saying.

Max Muller and the staff at My Vaccine Lawyer were absolutely incredible when it came to handling my shoulder injury claim. My shoulder was hurt after getting the flu shot a few years ago. I ended up having to have surgery and pt as a result. They were very caring and professional. They always kept me in the loop, setting expectations.
