Ordered the small bada boom an it was poorly made. I was given half of a cutlet and one piece of provolone cheese split in half. It’s definitely not made like this in the original primo store. You wouldn’t know it was a sandwich unless you opened it. I would’ve given this place another chance, however between the side items like pasta salad and other primo favorites being packed on the 6th and it’s now the 14th I think I’ll pass. Final straw is when I noticed a worker sneeze into her hand with gloves on at the station while making the sandwiches. Although the store is clean and the service was ok I won’t be back. I’ll take the drive to south Philly for my primos.

I go to Primo and pay $14 for a hoagie because it is stuffed with meat. Well this location was lacking. Where's the meat?

Of all the Primo locations in the area this is by far the best for a quality hoagie!! I pass 2 other locations to come here specifically. One is less than half mile from my house. Awesome staff and better food. A little pricy but look past the price even once and you will see why I am leaving this review.Vegetarian options: I'm not vegetarian by any means but I do enjoy their veggie hoagie when I want something different with the feel of my regular Italian.Parking: Strip plaza parking lot I've never had an issue parking within 3 spots of the front door

Food was good. I got a meatball sandwich and it tasted really good. Would have made it better if it were hot.

Great Primos location! My favorite in the area. I got the Old Italian and it was fresh and delicious. Will come back soon.

$23.00 for two small sandwiches ? No wonder there is no price given when the order is called in. Absurd . Won’t be coming back.

This place always does a great job. Everyone loved the big tray we got from here on Super Bowl.

Best Primos in the suburbs. And I’ve been to at least 20 locations and this place always makes my Audioblo the best. The bread, proportion and freshness of the meat, cheese, dressing, and toppings are always on point. And the staff is hard working and pleasant!

Worst primos I ever been to. The woman that runs the place can’t handle pressure and is very rude to people If you can’t stand the heat get out the kitchen.

Disappointed that Primos Dresher took online orders for timed pick up ahead of Super Bowl Sunday and failed to have them ready. I was one of about 50 customers yesterday waiting in the shop well after pick up time and the owners did not communicate with anybody. They made no attempt with explanation or plan. Finally they were asked what timed order they were up to and they were 1.5 hours behind. However, the truth of the matter was they were over 2 hours behind. I was a 4:30 pick up (order #1364555) and didn’t get my order until 6:40 pm. Either greed got the best of the owners and they didn’t make a cut off for orders and/or they are that poor at running a business. Owners have to do better. I am sure the word is out not to patronize Primos Dresher.

I put in an order Weds online and I got charged 4x so I called and was told I’d be called back. Called Thursday and same response - no call so I stopped by and was told manager would call me today. Called today and was told manager would call me tomorrow (Saturday). I still don’t know if this order was placed and will be ready for Super Bowl and / or why I was charged 4x

Owner/management of this location should be ashamed themselves at how poorly this business is run. Will never go back to a Primos hoagies because the name is associated with this Dresher location.
