Every time I need imaging I only come to Upper Dublin MRI. I can get a quick appointment. There is no waiting.I can easily get copies of my reports.Staff are very pleasant and friendly.Going through one of the hospitals is difficult and poor customer service.

Super efficient people at a super nice place! The building seemed very clean and organized with decoration you could probably only find at Hobby Lobby. The process was shorter than I expected- about an hour or less. And the person who did the MRI stuff was very polite and caring. They reminded me of my 3rd grade teacher, who everyone in the school loved!XOXO, Timmy's dad/Mr. Turner

Kim, the MRI Tech is amazing. She is very welcoming, friendly and puts you at ease. I cannot say enough good things about her. Super fast service. Got my results in less than 3 hours. And half the price that hospitals charge! Thanks Kim.

UPDATE:Called the office and still was unable to speak to the owner. This is the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I strongly encourage you to take your business elsewhere.The absolute worst service I have ever received from a doctors office. Very unprofessional. I spoke to Kim Moreau on the phone and she proceeded to be degrading, unprofessional, rude, and raised her voice multiple times. I needed billing information to give to my insurance and she answered none of my questions and ended the phone call by hanging up on me. I then went to visit the office hoping to get the information I needed to make sure that my bill was paid and waited for over 15 minutes to get a print. Then Kim came to the front and continued to be disrespectful in person. Over the phone I asked if she was the owner and she said yes. Then in person I asked the lady at the front desk who the owner was and it turns out it someone completely different! When I asked Kim for the owners contact information she stepped much closer to me and attempted to rip the paperwork out of my hand. I am completely shocked by the behavior and lack of respect I received from this office.Extremely disappointed that I will not longer receive care or be able to recommend this office considering I live very close to it and had a wonderful appointment by the very caring and sweet assistant at my first visit.Hoping that I am able to speak to the owner and sort things out.

My mother in law had an MRI there. The place was very clean, staff excellent and Spoke with the manager Kim Moreau about her bill and answered every question i had. Would definitely have her go back!

Terrible Customer service. The manager kim is rude lazy and unprofessional. While, I understand that in this scenario the insurance company and the hospital handling the authorization made many errors, Kim's impatience and lack of sympathy and support were disheartening to say the least. She was rude and inpatient. She could careless about the confusion and errors being made by the insurance company and simply dismissed me as just another number on her call list. Health care workers are suppose to be understanding and compassionate and offer their help not dismissive and rude. Especially, when its concerning an MRI for a child's brain. She lacks empathy and although she did reach out to the hospital she was rude during the process. I understand all the patience that goes along with errors and I understand that errors do happen however treating a patients mother dismissively and rudely does not solve the problem.

I went on July 15, 2020 for my scheduled MRI. The staff and the scan were fine. However I was quite surprised when their radiologist, Dr. Alvarez, emerged from his office, walked through the waiting room where I was standing, and then into the reception area NOT WEARING A MASK. He then went back to his office, picked up his briefcase as left the building, again walking through the common area NOT WEARING A MASK. Shame on you Dr. Alvarez, a medical professional, for not setting a proper safety standard for your facility by leading the way. We are in the middle of a pandemic. I understand lowering a mask in your private office, but not when entering public areas or the workspace with 4 other people.

Everything about this facility is top notch. From my initial phone call, ease of scheduling, parking, technician was friendly and informative ,and very fast turn around time for reports to ordering physician.

I have been to Upper Dublin MRI several times now and I can say without hesitation that this is THE BEST facility with TOP NOTCH staff. The receptionists are welcoming and helpful. The MRI tech, Kim, is so caring, friendly, and just puts you at ease. Not to mention, they have a radiologist there 4 days a week who personally reviews your results as soon as your test is complete. The BEST!

Such a wonderful experience. Kind, helpful, and friendly staff. Could not beat the price! They made me feel very comfortable and cared for. Absolutely would recommend. Kim (I think that was her name) was wonderful!!
