Having to make this review make me super sad. Today I left so disappointed in their services. As someone who spends a lot of money over the years for my daughter and myself I have never left this place feeling the way I did today. I spent $115 on a pedicure and refill of my fingernails. I got there today at 1:40 pm and left at 4pm with the WORST nails of my life. I always tip good and feel so angry that this is even possible to have happened. My nails were done by not one not 2 but 3 different people tossed around rushed services lime they were busy when there was only myself and one other customer there for services. My nails are all different shapes and sizes. Some are bumpy some are super thick some are thin. The polish is all different shades of the color I chose. And my toe nails are cut so short that they are actually sore. I’m not sure what happened today and if I didn’t have to work literally right as I was leaving there I would have stayed and caused a scene. But I payed and left and most likely will never return. I’ve been coming to this place since the older woman owned the buisness years ago and have never once complained about services done here. But today I had to share this. 😪

I've gone to this nail salon for a little over three years. The job they do is wonderful, IMO. The women are very kind. However, I cannot give 5 stars because the upset is that they move at a snail's pace. Seriously, it's very sloth-like. It always takes at least 3 or more hours to get my nails done no matter how big or small the job or how many patrons are serviced at the time. Due to this, I only go to this place as a backup if my preferred first choice salon is either closed or super-duper busy and cant take me. This doesnt happen often so I only visit here maybe 2-3 times a year now.

Not ever going to this place ever again. Overcharge for services. They reuse the blue bags that's is not sanitary. Celebrity Nails here I come! Please don't come here unless you want foot warts

I've always liked this nail salon however last time I went I got dropped off because I have a broken arm and the girl looked at me and said no you need an appointment there was nobody else in the salon I only needed a simple pedicure with acrylic nail polish no big deal was told to come back tomorrow so I had to walk all the way home they saw my arm I explained that I was dropped off he didn't seem to care not be like the old place must be new owners

Very disappointed in my local nail salon I've been in this neighborhood for many many years and after breaking my arm and desperately needing a pedicure I walked the half mile and found out my appointment only I do understand but only needed a simple pedicure with acrylic polish when I was told they had an appointment coming in 15 minutes mind you the store was empty I was a little disappointed don't go without an appointment walk-ins not accepted

Yesterday, 3/7/2024 I went to have a fingernail repaired. My nail tech stated that she wanted to paint my nails green on my next visit. There was a new/unknown to me, Asian male(not working...just sitting around) there. He chuckled/chimed in, "Yea, green for St. Patrick's Day." Chuckling, I responded, "Actually, it applies, my family is Irish. Our last name is Finnerty." This man proceeds to say, "Yea most SLAVES have the NAMES of their SLAVE MASTERS." As flabbergasted as I was, I remained poised. I replied simply, "Excuse me, this is a fact, however it doesn't apply to my family. My great-grandfather, a pure Irishman married my great-grandmother and they had 3 children together, thus, my Grandfather.. this is only 3 generations ago. I've always known my family history, I've done Ancestry DNA and 23 & Me and I've traced my Finnerty family roots back to 1734 & we're from North Leinster, Ireland. I am 29.5% Irish & my mother is 49.5%. My mother and her siblings were raised closely with their 1st cousins whose parents did not mix-race procreate. Holiday pics of Black & White 1st cousins who look just alike, freckles and all!! I was HIGHLY OFFENDED by this person's statement and he did not seem to care at all. He even picked up his phone and attempted to appear engulfed in whatever he was "looking at." Sadly, this experience has FAR outweighed any positive or enjoyable experiences with Drexel Nails. I will most assuredly share this experience with any/everyone that I know & on every platform that I can.

I had a 3:30 appointment for a pedicure and manicure. As I speak at 5:30, the pedicure isn’t finished. The man took too long and cut my toe. The wife came over and said “no, he didn’t. She is still polishing because of the way he shapes my feet. She had to remove the white polish twice and still didn’t get it right.I am so disappointed and upset. I will never go back. Horrible experience.
