EXTREMELY RUDE Pharmacist! The rudest person there, who is too lazy to do anything himself and does not care guide his staff on what to do if they are unsure of something. He does not take the time to listen to patients and acts like he knows it all without waiting to hear the issues of the patients. He also treats his staff like peons in front of the customers! It is so obvious that his staff were afraid to ask him questions because he would bark at them.

Went to pick a prescription up. Waited next in line behind an elderly who was having some issues. He paid and I walked up. Guy said we just closed but started to help me. Pharmacist (Moopal) closed the gates as he was starting to assist me. He and I locked eyes in amazement that this was happening. Another patron who was there also started to get upset as she was waiting for some time and was ignored until I walked away.

Parking, drive-thru pharmacy, minute clinic, variety of products. I'd say that this CVS is a gem lol. The staff in the minute clinic are always super friendly and helpful. Think of the minute clinic like an urgent care center. They offer vaccines, tests, physicals, etc. I recommend making an appointment ahead of time if you can that way you can check and be seen quickly. There's also a tall gentleman who I usually see at the front stocking that's always speaks, always asks if I need assistance, and always offers to move whatever he's stocking so I can get to the shelves lol.

I used the drive-through pharmacy here to get a COVID PCR test before flying to Canada in August, and it was easy and timely. I scheduled online two weeks ahead for an appointment 72 hours before my flight was scheduled to depart. I arrived 15 minutes early, so as she was looking me up I asked if the time stamp on the result would be the time of the appointment or the actual current time. She didn't know, so I waited until the actual time of the appointment. I swabbed myself, sealed up the package, and dropped it in the slot. Less than 48 hours later, I got an email with a link to view my results in MyChart. The first thing I checked was the timestamp--and it was the original time I had pulled up to the window! I was not happy, especially since I install Epic software and know that it should not be showing collection time for registration time. But shortly after, I received a different link, and that result had the time of the appointment. I used that at the airport and had no trouble. On the plane, the guy next to me told me a bunch of horror stories about not getting results from RiteAid tests in time, and having to pay a bunch for expedited tests, and all the other things that could go wrong, and I felt very happy about my free, timely CVS experience, despite the minor hiccup of the timestamp (and the fact that they seem to have Epic set up incorrectly to default registration start time as collection time).

'How long will it take to fill my girlfriend's prescription right after she got surgery?' I asked.'Oh it will be one hour' they said.5 hours later (and 3 times after I have been told that it will be a one hour wait) I went in and tried to get the prescription in person since my gf was literally crying in pain since she had a surgery several hours prior and her pain meds wore off. After speaking with 3 people, I was told that it would be an hour. I started to bitch very loud, and suddenly the manager stepped in and filled it within 5 minutes. They knew it was urgent, yet the dropped the ball time and time again.Fast forward several weeks later. The same damned thing. The pharmacy here is terrible, absolutely the worst i've ever dealt with in terms of efficiency and knowing wtf is going on.Would recommend visiting any of the 5 CVS locations nearby over this one. Never again.

Had an 8:40 Covid rapid test appt through Minute-clinic at Drexel Hill CVS. There were no Minute-clinic staff there, only other people waiting for tests in the designated parking spots.Waited 40 minutes- no texts, no staff, nothing from Minute-clinic. All attempts to contact them just circled back to the automated line. After waiting 40 minutes an employee comes out of CVS & let’s everyone waiting for Covid testing know that “the system is down” and to wait for more info. We waited for another 15 and left.Minute-clinic left us “out to dry” - no opportunity to speak with a customer service rep, only a lame text option where the customer service rep could only send me back to the automated line. This service offered no assistance with scheduling another appt to bypass the long wait for another Covid test.Wish I could give no stars

Hello to my Yelp Family!!! This is a relatively new CVS location. I have patronized it several times. Its very convenient, across from the Piazza Car Dealership and Micky D's. I thought this location was Havertown, however on the sales receipt, it clearly says Drexel Hill. There is a nice size parking lot with ample parking spaces. I do not like that you cannot make a left out of the parking lot onto Burmont Road. To make a left, you must venture out to the street and there is no traffic light, which makes it risky. April, an employee here, used to work at the pharmacy, but April is no longer here. I miss April, she was always so professional and polite. Today, I just added money to my prepaid card and an employee by the name of Christine assisted me. Christine was so nice and professional. She was asking questions about my prepaid card and she said she wanted to acquire one. I told her where I had obtained mine. It was at a CVS, just not this one. I was so excited that Christine handed me back the card in my hand. Some associates just lay it on the counter. I detest that!!! I give it to you in your hand, I expect the same courtesy, in my hand. I told Christine I would be giving her a great review and she replied, I appreciate that. Well here it is, you definitely deserved it!! I rate Christine five stars and CVS is four stars. Have a blessed day, til the next review!!! See ya!!!!

Place is horrible. First visit made appt online for dot physical . Got there fifteen minutes early went in at scheduled time he said it was to close to there closing time to have that type of physical done. Today . I made an appointment yesterday for my daughter to get a sports physical . Waited there 30 mins past appt time . Get in exam room to be told there credit machine was not working it had been down all week. Really a week and it still doesnt work . Why wouldnt the web site online say cash only when you make the appt . It was the same guy there both times and is very ignorant and rude . Will not be back a third time.

My husband and I recently used the Minute Clinic to get vaccinated for an upcoming trip. Chris was extremely nice and informative. He also gave painless shots.

Eric is a horrible store manager. He is short-tempered, yells at and hangs up on customers on phone. Should not be a manager at all.
