  Don't bother with this practice. The staff is incompetent, rude and unprofessional.

  Doctor is leaving. They have no plan to replace the MD, nor to move the abandoned patients to the remaining doctors.

  I like my doctor, but the staff not so much, I have very little success getting through on the phone, I had to drive up there to make a request for a script, and have not gotten it yet, that was 2 weeks ago, today is 4/29/2021, and I’m going to drive up there again today to follow up on my request 😞
