I’ve been a customer at Fulton Bank for a while, and I have to say, Kim is absolutely the best teller I’ve ever worked with. She is always professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly. Kim takes the time to explain things clearly, writes out my transactions carefully, and makes banking simple and stress-free. She truly cares about her customers and it shows in every interaction. I’m so grateful to have Kim assisting me—she’s a real asset to the branch!

I have been trying to get someone on the phone for over a week with no luck. I have no other complaints about this bank they are great just wish they had more people able to answer the phones. The hours I work don’t match up with your business hours unfortunately, so calling is my only option at the moment..

I have been a long time customer using this location near home and another near work. I tried to withdrawal money and the ATM shut down and did not give me my money!!! I went into the bank and notified them what happened. A gentleman from the back asked if I had an account there. I answered YES. It should not matter. Two women workers removed the ATM machines money holder and said it was jammed!!!!! however, we can not give you your money. I filled out a form and was told I would be called. Later that day I received a call from a gentleman saying whatever card I used was not a Fulton card so I would have to contact the bank card company that I used. This is crazy. The machine jammed and now I'm inconvenienced. "NO ONE" apologized for something that was not my fault. "NO ONE" seem to even care because I'm not the Million dollar bank customer!!!

Tried making a withdrawal and they locked my account????? After i put my check on their so now they have my 3k check and I can’t touch it
