Went in for my t-molbile Tuesday. Girl at the counter asked me to redeem my code which I did in front of her. Then she asked me for my phone number. She held on to the cooler (gift) I guess until she verified my account even though she saw me redeem my code. Never said what she was doing even though I asked her why did she need my number. Been to this location before for my gifts and was never asked for my phone number. Asian male came in after me and he was not asked for his phone number. Not sure if it was because I was black or what. Very uncomfortable and unwelcoming

Guy behind the counter clearly bothered to assist a customer because he has to pause TV on his phone to help. Im trying to buy a new phone, but the guy was so unhelpful i just left after 5 minutes and am driving to another T-Mobile. They will lie about billing in order to make a sale. Once you try to dispute your surprise billing of over $100 a month difference, customer support won't be able to provide accurate billing information or fix the problem. They will herrass you continuously, 3-5 times a day, to pay a balance that you are currently disputing. You may try to cancel your line in the process but they won't do that correctly either and charge you for services you didn't want or expect even though its their mistake. Most disorganized company ever, which is a shame because they used to be good. I'm going on 2 months of, this account was supposed to be canceled and a final bill sent before I can pay, but I'm still getting nowhere ?
