0 stars i had a scheduled appointment time window and was bumped another 3 hours while they picked up parking violation vehicles. That was their priority not my disabled vehicle on the side of the road....there you go. Plus I was told not to drive the car their person got in And drove it onto the tow truck despite my telling him that!!!!!!!

This guys are road scammers , called Thursday night after I lost power to my truck while driving , the sent someone I explain and showed what the issue is couse my better voltage was zero couse must be a wire cutoff, he said he don’t care about my better gate and put diesel star or quick star on my truck filler forced the engine to fire up while no power to it , he said that’s only he can do after 20 minute he said he’s bills are 500 while he didn’t do anything , found other guys and my problems was small wire that costing 190$ n get back to road safely , could have give zero start not allowing me couse wanna rate them

I own a repair shop specializing in sports cars, luxury and collectible vehicles. Falzone's drivers are always professional and understand how to care for these types of vehicles. In addition to being knowledgeable, their drivers check the vehicles thoroughly before and after the tow (with pictures) and communicate to the customer pickup and delivery times and are flexible with requests. They always go above and beyond.
