Motel 6 Drums, PA is a budget-friendly motel directly off the highway, offering a typical motel experience for its low price. The establishment is cared for by very nice and helpful owners and staff who are professional and get things done quickly. The property is undergoing remodeling with freshly painted walls and new hallway ceiling tiles, though some areas like the hallways can be filthy and some items still need work. Rooms are described as clean enough and nice, with no bed bugs, and can be huge. Beds are okay but can be hard, with clean sheets and plenty of clean towels, though some linens appeared used. The shower is plenty hot, the AC and TV work great, and the tap water tastes great. Not all amenities are available, as there is no elevator for the three-level building, and future remodels may remove furniture like dressers and night stands. Some issues noted include a not-clean bathroom sink, a disgusting toilet seat, and sometimes horribly loud noises throughout the night. Free hot coffee in the lobby is pretty good. While not spotless and very well-worn, it is considered a good bargain, quiet, and a place where many would stay again.
Just passing through and needed a shower and a couple hours of sleep. This motel met those requirements, albeit just barely. Decent value if you don't mind stained sheets, dirty floors, and broken furniture. Bug free.

Nice private..their doing alot of remodeling and going green not sure people are going to like the set up..their won't be dressers or table and chairs or even a night stand..probably not good for extended stays but in a pinch pretty good and cheap..very nice owners..
