Pilot travel center Team please 🙏🏾 this place is waaaaaaay small for all of us coming in. It's very very tiny. And the restroom 🚻 and just 2🤣🤣 am laughing in pain just so you know😡 actually I don't know why I didn't tell you this earlier. But I forgive myself. Please fix this. Water shut off in shower 2 in the middle of a shower. Had to rinse off with a water bottle in sink. I reported to staff and they checked pressure. And whatya know, the water works fine now. The whole state of Pennsylvania is so disappointing and disgusting. Nastiness runs rampant in this state

Worst place to do business, came to an open fuel island, manager told me to leve the fuel island for another truck behind m use the fuel island because I'm black. Never again stop at this facility going back to love's or TA

Today, May 16 around 19:45 I went to refuel with diesel at this location and found a pump that was out of order. I attempted to use it, but then one of the staff members (blond lady) arrived and started yelling at me, accusing me of moving the cones she had placed to indicate the area. I explained that I hadn’t moved anything, and instead of addressing the situation calmly, she continued to yell and even used inappropriate language. I believe the management should review how their staff interacts with customers, as this was a very unpleasant experience.
