Giving one star because I have no choice in order to leave a review. I have no experience with the company itself other then what the outcome is to me reporting an intentional incident caused this morning by one of their truck drivers. I will report the outcome if there is one. This morning in Mountain Top, PA one of their impatient drivers was behind me enroute thru a RESIDENTIAL area that included a school zone, several traffic lights and lots of morning commute traffic. I can only assume the driver was in a hurry and took his road rage out on me the car in front of him. He beeped obnoxiously at me first at a red light turning green and then after as I continued to drive at a slow safe speed thru that area. He then took the opportunity at the area in front of turkey hill that has a center lane for turning and a right lane for turning left to go around me on the right and attempt to cut me off getting back in lane in front of me. I laid on the horn but had no choice to rush into the center lane for turning. I was honked at by other cars but did get back into the right lane ahead of the aggressive truck driver. I called the police both state and local. This happened at 7:20 am and the company was not open yet to report the incident. I have since reported to the company and am waiting to hear back.

Its ironic they claim to keep your data secured but ships off workers to the Philippines.

Worst place I have ever been today 3/15/2024 there’s to shipping guys . And they both told me they can’t give me the load because they are busy. They weste my time and I will never comeback. If you are truck driver don’t come here they are very rude people . I wish I have 0 star . They don’t even have shipping office that you can talk

The Shred-it customer service representative, Tom Griffin, was very helpful and patient from the outset. He answered all my questions and offered advice about how to best plan for this residential service. On pick-up day, the driver was very pleasant and professional. He arrived as scheduled and took care of everything with great care. I couldn't have been more pleased with my Shred-it experience!

I worked with three people at this location -- Tom in Sales, Natalie in Scheduling and Bill, the driver who picked up my documents. Absolutely top notch service all around! Friendly, professional and very responsive. I will not hesitate to call them again.

The workers who showed up to take the boxes were very nice. They had to bring 75 boxes up from the basement to the truck. They did so, in a very timely manner.. They were great.

Shred-It was the perfect service to purge sensitive paper and electronic healthcare and financial information using HIPAA-compliant practices including a certificate of destruction. The cost was very reasonable compared to similar services in my area.
