Idk what goes on here but 80% of stuff in the mailbox in front will never been seen again. I flip sports cards and am suspicious that they steal my orders that never get scammed into the place or received by my customers

I notified Drums Pa Post Office more than a month ago. I have only received 1 forwarded piece of mail. They have not picked up the phone though I rang it several times. Before I left they said there was someone different all the time on the route. Very poor service. I will now contact the USPO to file a formal complain
