Guy was very polite on the phone at first. Called to get an estimate on a TV repair. Said would call me back within a week never did, when I called again to check it seemed like he didn't even remember me. This went on for quite a while every time I called I was told I would get a call back but never did. It's been over a month and I made numerous calls and even sent a textwith model and serial number and still never got a call back. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Haven't heard from them 2 months has passed.I called three times and left messages.Address and phone number is what was requested from me. Not one phone call ?.

We had our defective LG OLED serviced by Gary one day (!) after calling Costco/LG. Gary happened to have the same screen and was able to replace the bad one with it. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Gary is an outstanding gentleman. I had contacted LG support as my OLED screen started having issues. Gary was dispatched to me and kept me updated through the whole process. Always gave me a phone call or text message, and really cares about the customer. My tv looks brand new, and I am so happy with the results. He even took the time to reinstall all my applications, I couldn’t be more impressed by the repair. All these 1 star reviews poorly reflect the honesty of this business. Thank you Gary for the help, I hope that if I ever run into another issue I’m dispatched you. Thanks again!

We experienced great service by Gary. He did not call or show for our original appointment but was sure to call the following day apologizing emphatically. We weren’t too bothered by having to reschedule, as he stated that he works 7 days a week and seemingly all day. We originally had a different company come out to fix our LG TV that is still under warranty. The company took the TV for a week and returned it with scratches on the screen (which was supposed to have been replaced) and the issue we called for in the first place still present. Gary came and said that there’s no way our TV had even been touched. He fixed our TV right inside our home in no time at all. He was friendly and polite. 10/10 Would recommend!!

Horrible technician. That’s it. Just Horrible. Sounds friendly when you first speak to him, until he misses your appointments and ignores all your calls. If you’re getting service with LG MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR A DIFFERENT TECHNICIAN!!!

Did not have the experience others did in reviews. Kept me informed part was on backorder. Kept me up to date on status as well. Part came in, and he came the next day, and installed it in about 30 minutes, and it is working great, would use again.Very friendly guy too.

Gary did a wonderful job on fixing my TV it was being repaired for one issue and he discovered another while he was there and ordered the parts and made sure was fixed right I highly recommend him Communication May be an issue sometimes with him but he is the only LG repair service in 4 States and is extremely busy

Gary provides highly effective support and repair. It was a small, brief challenge to connect and schedule with him, but once he arrived he fixed the issue quickly. Additionally, he seems to be a genuinely good person.I highly recommend Gary.

I had no complaints with Gary. We arranged a time to get the tv fixed and he even called me to say he was gonna be later that evening. Him and his repairman did a wonderful job and hes very polite. Idk why he gets a bad rap from other people. Hes also very smart when it comes to tv repair. Hes very busy across PA and abroad. Great job Gary.

Very nice and knowledgeable. Kept his word and came to my home and did a quality repair. I think he is understaffed in general and gets a lot of work so difficult to keep up. Part of the delay was LG getting the right pieces to him. Once he had them, he called me and we agreed on a time for him to come.

Gary is great. Granted he may not answer the phone or get back to you immediately. He works 7 days a week and is the only LG Certified repair person in three states. He is knowledgeable, polite and very careful in your home. He drove from Havover,PA to me in Philadelphia to fix my LG TV under warranty. He even helped take the tv off the ceiling mount and when it was fixed he helped me remount it!

Horrible communication, forgot to place the parts order, called numerous times for status with no return call. LG is no help either. If my TV was not under warranty and expensive, I would replace it, not with LG.
