“Best car service experience in a long while. Kerrigan was recommended to me by a good friend. I call and quickly agree with Buck on the time of the appointment. I show up and meet with Dan, coolest guy ever, who takes in charge my car and says that he will be done in 25 min. This is a Friday afternoon at 3pm! And that’s the happy ending: great price for an experienced diagnosis and repair. I’m back on the road. Thank you!”
“Steve is an incredibly knowledgeable mechanic with some solid connections in the auto repair industry. So if he can’t do a service for you, he knows the name of a shop that can. As a woman, I love this because it makes my life easier. Instead of Googling businesses, I can just make a call and use his name for reference.
I was referred to him because of a broken latch on my hood of my car. After prying it open, Steve showed me the broken cable and then the steps he took to repair it. While completing the oil change, he also let me know about a few other issues that my car was having that was preventing it from driving at its best.
Steve has a loaner if you need to leave your car for an extended period of time. And a wonderful, pleasant receptionist named Joy. When you meet her, you’ll see how her name just fits her. Because I had to work that afternoon, Joy even gave me a ride back to my house.
At a time when businesses are just trying to nickel and dime you, without providing you with the customer service they brag about, Steve is a treasure.
Oh, just remember that the shop is not where the gas station is…it’s right on the side of it. Even though you can get to the shop from the gas station. If that makes sense.”
“These guys drove over to my work at 2:30pm on a Friday on a holiday weekend to take my car to their shop because it had died. They figured out the problem quickly and communicated with me right away. I gave them the green light to replace my alternator, and they stayed late to get the work done, knowing that I had a 40 mile commute home that evening. I’ll be getting all my work done with these guys going forward!”

“These guys are fantastic. Took my car there for an oil change. My car also needed a new tire they didn’t know how it hadn’t popped yet. Saved me from a potential terrible accident. I don’t know what they did but the car drives like it’s brand new. Very reasonably priced too.”
“Took my car to Firestone in Lansdale for tires. While there, they told me I needed brakes and that my brake fluid was burnt. To confirm, I took the car to Burke's. James walked me through the process and showed me that there was nothing wrong with the brakes and showed me that the brake fluid was clear. Also, the car had just been inspected and passed just last month. He torqued the lug nuts to 80 PSI, put the proper amount of air in the tires and I left feeling relieved and appreciative of an honest garage. The message for me is clear. For tires, go to a tire store. For anything else, see John Burke.”

“My wife’s MiniCooper totally died and was towed into BBack.
BBack replaced the Alternator with an OEM ND/Denso and also replaced the battery with an ACDELCO AGM W a 3 year warranty.
In addition the pulley was replaced and the Serpentine belt. The car runs like new
