“The ratchet mechanisms for wheel tie-downs are difficult to use at best. In this case, the right (starboard) ratchet was worn or bent such that, when straightening the device and lifting the release triggers, the cam that holds the mechanism free for release would fail to stay in place and cause the release to repeatedly fail. These ratchets require more frequent inspection/maintenance/replacement.”

“Rented a high-roof cargo van to help my son move from Philly to Pittsburgh. All of the staff were very helpful, from picking up the van to returning it. It was the cleanest rental van (or car) that I've ever rented. And the pricing was much, much less than U-Haul. I would highly recommend this Enterprise location.”

“I just wanted to take a moment to thank Robert Howells, the GM, U-Haul Montgomeryville for participating in St. Agnes clothing drive for the Sarnelli House in Phila (Kensington). The Sarnelli is a Homeless shelter that provides daily meals. It also has a storage area for the homeless to pick out clothing. St. Agnes donated over 40 bags of clothing, jackets, blankets, sleeping bag. Robert was generous in donating a storage unit for us to store the clothes until we were able to deliver which we did today. Thank you Robert for helping with our clothing drive.”

“Evan at the Ottsville location is absolutely the best. I am storing the contents of my home ahead of an out of state move. Evan was such a pleasure to deal with when I found I was running out of space in my first unit. He assisted with acquiring additional storage units as well as upgrading to larger units. The facility appears to be well managed. The units and buildings are clean. The climate controlled units are kept moderately comfortable. The storage units are secured behind a fence and the office has cameras that monitor the buildings and parking lot.”
