“I had called Al quite a few years ago for issues with my electric stove, he told me what time he'd be here and was here on time. First thing he did when he walked in the door was take his shoes off. I was very impressed. He was able to order the parts quickly and fixed it promptly. So when my freezer started giving me issues, I had no problem whatsoever of calling Al once again. When he called, he told me what time he'd be here, showed up when he said he would, came in remove to shoes right away and was able to take care of my freezer and saved me a lot of headaches. Came in reasonable time. Owner Michael and longtime employee Brian did a smoothly done installation. Both machines are operating without flaw. ...... On way to Brockway stopped at the local box store. The models we wanted were not in stock and would be brought from Pittsburgh and installed by two guys who by the store's own admission may or may not speak English. ..... There's only one superior appliance store in the area, Brockway Appliance.”
