“I had called Al quite a few years ago for issues with my electric stove, he told me what time he'd be here and was here on time. First thing he did when he walked in the door was take his shoes off. I was very impressed. He was able to order the parts quickly and fixed it promptly. So when my freezer started giving me issues, I had no problem whatsoever of calling Al once again. When he called, he told me what time he'd be here, showed up when he said he would, came in remove to shoes right away and was able to take care of my freezer and saved me a lot of headaches.
