id give zero stars if i could I tried to cancel 2 lines and move the other two into my brothers name. They cancelled the wrong two lines then charged for the reactivation for their mistake. It was the worst customer service i have ever received! I will be telling everyone I meet to go anywhere else it doesn't matter where they go JUST NOT TO CRICKET!!!! They do not care about their customers at all

Needed to switch from My Total Wireless so decided on Cricket because there is an actual store when I need help. The man working was friendly and knowledgeable. The entire processes took about 30 min. Highly recommend this location!

Hana was fantastic! We had Totalbyverizon and the service the last several months has been very poor. I tried a phone on Cricket and found it to be far superior, so we decided to switch. This should be easy, or so I thought, but it was nearly impossible to get them to release or numbers. They refused to give us our own account numbers, but Hana fought nearly all day to get one of them, and part of the next day to finally get the other one. Very few people would have worked this hard, but she got it done. I really appreciate her efforts, and the cell service is so much better. Thank you so very much Hana!
