pharmacist there is a jerk. Tried explaining medical devices are on one insurance vs medication is on the other, he didn't want to deal with it. then got mad i wasn't paying 500 bucks for a medical device that my insurance said is covered. He then canceled my prescriptions. The guy needs to have his license revoked. Not once did they ever go over my prescriptions with me just hand it to me as if I know what i'm doing with some of that and blamed me when things got screwed up. One instance they gave me a vial of prescribed insulin then treated me like i was an idiot when I asked for syringes which i didn't have for the vial..... Dont go here. the place is more headache than its worth. NO customer service.

Pathetic pharmacy always closed ?! Also a pharmacy team that takes a lunch break all at the same time should be embarrassing to you. Get to work, stop acting like you are on the rigs.

Switched my health insurance and was told they couldn't tell me if I was covered there until they tried to fill a script. No problem Doc calls one in and I never hear from them. Tried to call in to see what was going on couldn't speak to a human. Leave a message and receive no call back. That's okay cvs you aren't the only Pharmacy in town.

Val and I recently joined a new program for saving money on the vitamins we purchase that are fast becoming a major expense for us. Initially I was not going to join when I was told there was a 5 dollar monthly fee, the first 3 months of fees are waived, but when we were told that we would receive a 5 dollar monthly credit for any store item and a percentage savings on vitamins we were sold. On our first use we had 10 dollars taken off our total purchase. Not too bad. I am going to look into this but it seems like the 5 dollar monthly credit stacks up if you do not use it. In the future I will post any down side to being a member of this program.

Edie was a delight. She helped me maximize the benefits available to me as a new user of the ExtraCare Plus program. I got $15 off so I bought 2 tubes of the good Aquaphor.I felt like she was as engaged in getting a good deal for me as I was. A fun time was had by all!

They gave me expired paxlovid and I get annoying robo calls saying they can extend my prescription to 3 months when I don't have any prescriptions. Due to the robo calls, and expired meds, what is the point in supporting their business. Use someone else.

I called the front end of the store to I inquire about a TENS unit and, if it didn't work for me, could I return it. The associate said as long as I had the receipt it wouldn't be a problem. I purchased the CVS brand of Tens unit and it was shameless. The pads didn't stay on and the programs were not helpful for my sciatica.I went back today to return it and had my receipt. The store manager waited on me and told me their "system" will determine if I can return the item, despite what the associate told me. The manager turned the screen around to show me but all I saw was "accept the return - yes or no?". At this point she got an attitude and remarked "I guess it's up to me". I tried to let her know that the batteries were in the device and said snapped "I can't sell this so it doesn't matter". I went silent at that point and she then told me that they'd "have to eat the cost", thrust the receipt back at me and turned away. I will never, ever, return to this store. If she's the manager she should train her employees correctly and tell them what items can and cannot be returned.

Excellent customer service. I've been using the pharmacy at this location for over 2yrs. They always have my order ready, send reminders to me and when needed to my physician. Never need to wait, they offer delivery, walk in or drive thru. Great pharmacy and personal.
