Very frustrating that on tracking it says package was delivered to front door but it was really at the bottom of the driveway placed in snow. If a driver does not feel comfortable coming up the driveway that's ok but please place box in plastic bag so it is not getting soaked and be accurate when stating where package is left.

Somehow, fedex managed to take 5 days to deliver needed meds from a location 2 hours away. It was impossible to get information on why this happened. It was the first time, but with how important the medication is it was a big deal. How they could make such a huge mistake is beyond me.

Drivers need to slow down. Children and pets were very close to the road. No common courtesy to slow down and not go 65mpg on a back road where we have signs that say to slow down for this reason.

Twice today truck # 533216 blocked traffic on local streets. Instead of pulling up to the curb, parked in the lane of traffic, once AT AN INTERSECTION FOR PROLONGED PERIOD( THRU 4 TRAFFIC LIGHT CHANGES). 2 men searching thru packages blocking line of traffic AT AN INTERSECTION! When I honked at them, one mumbled something, glared at me, and continued to slowly move thru packages. Ridiculous!

After multiple complaints, nothing changes. At this point I'm trying to avoid FedEx from shipping me anything. Management and some drivers should be fired!!! Your service sucks!!!

Package was delivered to the wrong street and the wrong house number. I had to walk all over several streets and several houses to try and find my package. It took me 4 hours of searching to locate it. Not at all happy with FedEx!DON'T YOU HAVE GPS??????

Helpful but can't call their location. I needed a package to be held after their failed attempt at delivery. They were at the wrong location. I could not convey message. All worked out, but awfully frustrating. I blame the system's Communication not employees.

They left my package out in the rain and did not update me on the new tracking number so I have no idea how long it was left out in the rain it could have been four days

This company reported that they delivered my package. The tracking # was invalid the package was delivered to another address and signed by someone other than me. I was told they cannot divulge who or where my order was delivered to and that I had to contact the company that shipped my order. This is the second time a company used FedEx ground to deliver me a purchased product that I never received. Don't ship packages using FedEx ground.

FedEx sent out delivery confirmation to eBay and seller when actually THEY "LOST" THE PACKAGE COMPLETELY!!! The phone associate claimed they were "sorry", gave me a case number and said I would be contacted -- so far NOTHING!!!!

I've had so many problems with FedEx delivering to my home. Staff is nice when you call, but would not chose to use them for anything if I had a choice
