“I bought a necklace from them for a gift, and the overall experience was a great one. The necklace was perfect, and the same was the price. The staff that helped me were very knowledgeable and kind. We went through the ones they had in the store, but I needed something different. After explaining what I wanted, she found it in the book and especially ordered it. It cost a tiny bit more but I couldn't find it anywhere else. They took the time to find it and order it. Other stores didn't go above and beyond to find it it.
