“My boyfriend and I stopped in to have a ring and a pendant cleaned. While we were there we decided to look at engagement rings. I love jewelry, but rarely wear it and had no clue what I was looking for other than something simple, unique, and white gold. Molly was nothing but helpful and patient in helping me try some different cut diamonds. We found a couple that I fell in love with and she priced them out for my boyfriend. She also added them to his account and gave him options on financing. While he talked with Molly, I did some window shopping and Kristi was right there to answer any questions I had about different stones. Molly and Kristi were both unbelievably helpful, kind, and pleasant. We didn’t feel pressured or rushed to make any decisions on the spot. It was an extremely pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. We will absolutely be going back in the future!”
