Kim was kind, personable, helpful and honest while helping me switch my insurance company! She informed me and educated me when I was unsure, but I didn't feel pressured to make any decisions on the spot. She also helped me to save over $50 per month on my auto insurance alone!!

Everyone at State Farm is always welcoming, kind and extremely helpful. Kim got me covered in less than an hour, and was so nice to talk to! I definitely recommend working with State Farm for your insurance needs!

Amazing service, and professional! From day one the entire staff were warm and welcoming to me! My agent JERI ARMAGOST explained everything to me in great detail and most importantly she was able to simplify the information which is a plus because of how complex insurance is. I couldn’t have asked for more, great service, good rates and a pleasure to work with!

What can I say Kim McDonald.... She is WONDERFUL! She went above and beyond not only helping me to understand my car/home owners policies and why the rates have been going up but she also told what I could do to get those rates lowered again. That's right! Lowered! You can bet I jumped on that deal! Also, she gave me a good rate on 2 different quotes on life insurances amounts which I'm seriously considering on doing in the near future. Good visit. After my former State Farm agent retired we were assigned to an agent 40+ miles away. After more than a year there it was obvious that this wasn't where I wanted to be. I initiated a transfer back to my hometown with a choice of several agents representing State Farm, a company I've been with nearly 60 years. Kim's office has a live person (others didn't)Jake in this case, who actually answered the phone and was easily able to steer me through the agent change. Several days later I visited the office in person to meet her staff. Both Jake and Debbie were just as happy to have me as a client as I was to be there. It's good to be back home.
