The old lady attending there on 12/23/24 is a racist. My fiance, who’s Puerto Rican and USA born citizen, speaks Spanish. He speaks a little English but with an accent. He asked for a Newport Short. She said that she didn’t know what he was talking about. There is no other way to call this cigarettes. Everywhere is Newport. So he came outside mad and asked me to talk to her and I went in to ask her for the Newport Short. First, her face change and raised an eyebrow when she saw me going in. I am Latina, brown skin and curly her. When I asked her for the Newport short, She said “what?”. I told her he wants a Newport short the cigarettes. And she said “I didn’t understand what he was saying. Do you guys even speak English or what?”. I felt uncomfortable. I work at the hospital and it seems everybody understands me but this person. We left the gas station without buying it. My fiance went to sheets after that and got his cigarettes and also had a great conversation with the staff there with his little English. It is sad that racism still exists when we live in a country with a lot of immigrants and immigrants descendants.

I went there today after having my gas lines an brake lines replaced at the AutoBar across the road I knew I needed gas so my father an I both drove over our vehicles we went in an stood there as the lady running the cash register proceeded to have a 15 minute conversation about someone who passed away 6 month's ago. My father then said "Hey can you put 20 on pump whatever" she then said " I can help you once I'm done with her." She had already checked her out. They were just talking about stuff that you talk about in private. My dad and I left an I will never ever get my gas there ever again the employees are to disrespectful an at the end of the day the customer whether you like or not is Always right even if they aren't that's who pays your bills so I'm giving that joke fill 0 out of 5. But I have to at least give it 1 star to post this.

It used to be my favorite gas station in town, but the new employees there have been so insufferably slow and infuriatingly rude that I will be taking all future business elsewhere like Jim's Atlantic Service 319 W Dubois Ave, Exxon 114 W Dubois Ave, DuBois, PA 15801, Sheetz 701 E DuBois Ave, 2120 Blinker Pkwy, and 124 N Brady St, GetGo 14 N Main St, Martins 22 Hoover Ave, Marathon 101 S Brady St, Pacific Pride 301 Du Bois St, Snappy's 2807 Bee Line Hwy, Pilot 1742 Rich Hwy.

The only issue I've really had with this kwik fill is, the cashiers do not move as quick as they probably should be, for the gas station/store being located pretty much right in the center of Dubois,..(like right in the middle of town almost) they more than likely get pretty busy throughout the day/evening, and almost every time I've been, its always so packed with lines barely moving it'd feel like.. So we're always stuck having to wait to check out or get gas for almost 10 mins. So they really need to start picking up the pase more often than they do. But all in all, it is still an okay place to stop for munchies and what not. ??
