I was there today, I had an appointment for 1:30pm and didn't get a chair until 3:00pm!! I will NEVER go back. They took other walk-ins before me, even though I had an appointment.

I came here two times, both times
my young daughter and myself. Services were done without asking me to confirm . It only makes sense to ask the paying adult before you say yes to an 11 year old. Then I was charged a different amount than what was quoted when finished. Buyer beware. We have also been generous with tipping when we leave. Please do BETTER Nail Spa. Also one more thing a dremel tool is to only be used when prepping for acrylic nails. And that's not safe for non acrylic, it takes the first layer of your natural nails off
