I don’t know about the other amenities, but I popped in for a quick shower and found a pubic hair on the toilet and the toilet wasn’t clean.
Also I didn’t have a bathmat with my provided towel
pretty disappointed for it’s bad enough showering on the road, but not in one that you think hasn’t seen Clorox for quite a while…
By the way, it was the handicap shower and I didn’t ask for that one. Anyway, I hope you take action on this maybe pay your employees a better wage so they might care a bit more not interested in some sort of macro shortcut answer from a bot saying how you appreciate my input and blah blah. I’d be more interested in you paying a guy who does this jobmore money per hour so he has an interest in taking care of his job all in all that’s it I hope you have a great day and a good journey.

Parking lot is disgusting. Broken glass, trash all over that I couldn’t even take my dog out to use the restroom.

Nice pilot HOWEVER...
On behalf of the little kid in the restroom standing on his tip toes and jumping up and down to reach the paper towel dispenser,.. PERHAPS THE PAPER TOWEL DISPENSER SHOULD BE LOWER I WOULD HATE FOR SOMEONE IN A WHEELCHAIR TO COME IN AND FILE AN ADA CLAIM!!!

I like this pilot! The staff are trucker friendly. They don't treat you like you are just good to spend hundreds of dollars at the pump then leave. Down to earth and are pro driver. Definitely a great place to park for the weekend. I recommend this one for sure!

Lots of snacks and drinks but whoever designed this lot must of been drunk. There’s only one way to get in and out and it just becomes a mess. The Arby’s attached was a solid late night meal.

You might want to discuss discrimination with your employees.
Especially the ones who enjoy threatening women.
I do not appreciate being threatened just because I was the only female in the fuel area at the time by a male employee who claimed I was there for his hour long break.
I have e-logs to PROVE how much time I was there, and VIDEO to PROVE the threats made.
Do you have proof to dispute my claim?
