Watch purchasing anything at this sheetz using a bank card. You're being charged double payment 2 separate transactions within minutes of one another. You call customer service they pretty much tell you to bad to sad about getting your money back it can take upto 2 weeks. Amazing how they can take it off then and there.

My Sister and I went into this Sheetz location#063 in Dubois, Pa on 5/6/25 to buy breakfast and a phone charger. To my disbelief the worker named Lori was evidently very biased towards us while checking out our food items, she refused to answer any questions I asked regarding which machine to insert my card for payment. Lori made no eye contact, and disregarded when I tried making normal conversation with her. My sister and I decided to use the bathroom after making several purchases with receipts but Lori followed us into the bathroom in an attempt to watch us, as if we had something. We were treated very discriminated against and targeted by Lori. Before leaving the store we overheard Lori tell another colleague to watch the items on the counter so no one steals them. I am a nurse and my sister a business owner and had no ill intentions going into this location. We felt very uncomfortable at this location due to Lori’s biased behavior toward my sister and I. I would suggest having Lori and staff take an Inclusion training. No way to treat law abiding, paying customers.

Very disappointed. I purchased a a half sub and the bread was so stale I had to tear the bun apart to chew it. 1/2 of the ingredients inside the sub ended up outside of the sub just opening it.

the people here do not care about allergies what so ever. The amount of cross contamination is horrible. My friend got a fry platter with regular fries and there were curly fries and chicken bits scattered through it all. the people were talking the whole time barely doing their job and not paying attention to what they put in the food they make. This applies to most sheetz stores.

Well stocked store with nice amenities and a clean dining area. Restrooms are also kept clean. Tesla superchargers are easily accessible.

Visited today like just now and the cashier was Horrid , asked for x dollars on gas ,she didn't listen and rang me up for the amount I gave her and when I caught the mistake and corrected her she got mad and said I was wrong then shoved my change at me . I'm so glad this isn't my normal sheets bc idk how id live ,that being said some ppl should not work in customer service.

Very clean. Courteous staff. A little out of the way from the highway but worth the trip. Food was the good quality I expected from Sheetz, and fast. Wish we had these in Wisconsin!
