I needed to physically go to the store to reset my PIN and account info. Despite not purchasing anything that day, Jasmine was super helpful and got me in and out in 15 minutes. It might have seemed like she “just called customer service” for me, but she was able to work through the prompts and say the right things to avoid being passed around and getting stuck on hold for hours. I’ll be back next time I’m ready for hardware upgrades.

They have no power to do anything other than to call customer service or tell you to and come back told my my tablet was damaged and wouldn't let me trade it in they won't need to pay $99 to have it repaired. And all it was, that's some sticky stuff. Got on the screen.
And it needed cleaned i ended up calling customer service myselfi ended up calling customer service myself. Explain the situation took a picture of it, sent it to them and they said, yeah, you can trade it in now.I don't want to.I'm thinking about getting a different service

Got charged for set up of phone, tablet, and internet when they wouldn’t even help with data transfer from old phone. Also $70 for a screen protector is outrageous
